Springwell School near Southampton is a community special school of about 60 pupils aged from 4 - 11 years with complex learning difficulties. 

The school use Sleuth to support their management of behaviour.   Maria Burrows, Behaviour Manager and a Senior Teacher at the school, explains the impact Sleuth has had:

“Our whole approach to behaviour management has been enhanced by Sleuth.  I believe that it has given ownership of behaviour management to everyone in the school, everyone is now involved and accountable.“

The school has recently been awarded National Leaders of Excellence status and in their last inspection, Ofsted rated the school Outstanding. Ofsted praised the school for their excellent behaviour management, 

“Staff are totally consistent in the way in which they apply the school's behaviour management strategies and this ensures that pupils' behaviour is excellent. Care, guidance and support are outstanding. Staff provide exemplary care and all pupils make significant gains in developing their self-esteem and independence. Staff know the pupils' needs well and they set clear and appropriate targets for individuals.”
