We have been invited to present to school leaders at the forthcoming ACSL Training Day on Effective Behaviour Management.  This will take place in London on 22nd March.

The audience will be members of the leadership team in schools and colleges with responsibility behaviour.  The training day enables senior leaders to recognise and support staff whose performance is adversely affected by their inability to manage student behaviour both in and out of the classroom. NQTs, young teachers and support staff state that their greatest fear is that of not being able to manage disruptive or challenging student behaviour The profession loses many who would become able teachers were they confident to cope in the classroom. This course will enable senior leaders and manager to guide and mentor staff through this worrying problem.
