A free seminar revealing the conclusions of a study into behaviour tracking for whole school improvement Visits to hundreds of schools to advise on behaviour management has given our lead consultant, Tom Vodden, a unique insight into the impact of behaviour tracking on whole school improvement strategies. In this seminar he presents his findings using examples taken from different schools all over the UK. The seminar covers:
The process of tracking behaviour involves both recording and analysing behaviour for the purpose of determining its cause and managing its impact. Schools that track behaviour are able to demonstrate it leads to significant improvements in behaviour. This seminar reveals how all schools can improve behaviour by tracking it simply and effectively. All schools have a system for recording behaviour, will the minimum of effort this can be extended to track behaviour to provide evidence you're improving, to improve decision making, develop intervention strategies or sharing good practice. We are offering LEAs and schools the opportunity to host this seminar and to invite colleagues and neighbouring schools. There is no cost for the seminar. The seminar lasts for approximately one hour and can be arranged as part of a meeting, INSET or conference. Please download our Inside Track Seminar flyer. This seminar is aimed at all schools interested in tracking behaviour. It is not a sales presentation and does not suppose that a school uses Sleuth or plans to use Sleuth.
