Sleuth Importer

The new Sleuth Importer tool automatically synchronises student and staff data from your school administration system (including CMIS, SIMS .net, RM Integris and Phoenix) with sleuth.

Using GroupCall's Xporter product to extract the data from your school's administration system, the Sleuth Importer tool validates and imports the data straight into sleuth. Once set-up it requires no manual intervention. The update can be scheduled to run in the background as frequently as you choose: every hour, overnight or weekly depending on how often your core student data changes.

The Sleuth Importer tool will be available in the Spring Term for purchase through School Software Company .com for £150. Annual licence renewal will be £75.

If your school uses Phoenix or RM Integris and you would like to assist us by trialling the Sleuth Importer before the end of this term please contact us. As a thank-you we will do the installation and set-up for you and give you the Sleuth Importer FREE for the first year (saving your school £150).

You will need to be running the latest release of sleuth, version 4.1, to use the Sleuth Importer. You can download sleuth version 4.1 to upgrade your existing installation, or for evaluation, from our Download Page.
